Arundel Tree Service: outstanding service from start to finish. From the initial phone call, estimation, of job, to the completion of the job a first rate group to work with. Office supplied useful information including insurance and licensing information. Ron did the estimate and he is a licensed tree expert, thus one has confidence trimming will be done safely to better maintain tree health. I decided I wanted a bit more trimming to be done after the initial estimate and the office was very accommodative in adding it to the contract. Ron was at the job to make sure that everyone on the same page before he left for other work. Tree cuts were accurate and one dead tree was removed and stump ground nice and deep. Crew communicated with me when work was being done to further insure that work was done to my satisfaction. Pricing was fair and reasonable relative to my other estimates as well. Work was completed less than two weeks after signing of contract. My work was completed on December 2, 2022. Definitely an excellent company to deal with.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a contractor in years! They responded quickly to my request for a quote, gave me a very fair quote in a timely manner, and even worked with me on scheduling to work around bad weather. I had 8 trees, all over 40′, removed along with the stumps. Watching them remove all those trees was like watching an orchestra. They did everything they could to reduce damage to the soil, cleaned up one area before starting on another, and left everything better than they found it. Just wanted to thank everyone. Don arranged the removal of a very large silver maple tree in a hard to get to area. The crane operator and tree men did a super job. The tree was next to our house, by power lines, a shed, central AC unit and required removal of several sections of fencing. It was removed without incident. The 25 year old fence also survived. Great job at an affordable price. Thanks again.

Removed two large trees, ground stumps and surface runner roots, Removed all wood from property. The quote was very good in comparison to other tree companies. When it came time to complete the job, they sent all the crew and equipment to get the job done. They underestimated the time required to grind the large stump, but came back two extra days to get the job done. None of the dreaded “we’ll be back later” or asking for partial payment like some contractors. They stayed until the job was done and didn’t ask for payment the job was 100% complete and I was satisfied. No cutting corners on the job either. I would recommend to others if you are willing to be flexible with the schedule to save a large amount of money. The job was completed professionally and at almost half the price of others.

Collected bids from roughly 10 different companies, ranging from 400 to 1500! Don was one of the first estimates I received. I held off on doing the work until I had an idea of how much I should pay. At first 400 seemed like a lot, but after talking to several different reps, it was a bargain. Don was even nice enough to come out several months later to make sure we agreed on the details and that the offer still stood.

I couldn’t be around on the day of the trimming, but it was clear something was done. I feared either 1. everything would look the same, leaving me wondering what I paid $400 for or 2. there would be a giant mess for me to clean up, even though my payment was supposed to include hauling away debris. Thankfully, when I came home you could tell Don’s crew had done their job. There was sawdust in a few locations, along with smaller, stick sized broken branches. It was also clear exactly where they cut and what they removed.

It was a great experience. Don is very approachable (not many other reps were this way) and wanted to make sure I was happy with our agreement. We discussed possible future plans and other ways of keeping the trees in good shape that would not require any or much money being spent. Truly one of the good guys!
